1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PatchWalk ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use PatchWalk. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Use of the App

PatchWalk provides a platform for color-based photo quests and collage creation. You are responsible for any content (photos) you capture using the App. You agree not to use the App to:

• Capture, store, or share illegal, offensive, or infringing content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

4. PatchWalk Plus (In-App Purchases)

• One-Time Purchase: PatchWalk Plus is a one-time upgrade that unlocks features such as high-resolution export, removal of banners, additional layouts, and expanded color palettes.
• Payments: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All sales are final and subject to the refund policies of the respective platform.
• License: Purchasing PatchWalk Plus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the premium features for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Group Quests

The "Group Quest" feature allows you to share invitation codes with others. You are responsible for sharing these codes only with intended participants. We are not responsible for how these codes are distributed or used by third parties.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you take within PatchWalk. Because PatchWalk stores data locally on your device, we are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or accidental deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content (excluding your photos), is owned by the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

PatchWalk is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost photos, data, or profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
